Saphyre is an island kingdom in the world of Jadeus.

Evany is the capital city; a large coastal city that became the capital five hundred years ago when the Tioranach house took control of the throne. Since then Saphyre has lived under a tyrannical rule, with those who posses the magical ability, the Source, being favoured.

Epredon was once the largest city of Saphyre and the original capital. After the Tioranach's took possession of the throne they moved the capital down to Evany and expanded the city.
